Group workouts are every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the program (except for the week of July 4th). The workouts will include combination workouts with a mix of swimming, cycling, and running, depending on the planned workout. The location will always be at the Chatfield Gravel Pond – meet at the north end of the pond (at the end near the main road). Workouts will generally be around 90 -120 minutes.

You will receive a weekly email with reminders and details so you’ll always know what’s happening. You will be reminded of what to bring each week as it will vary based on the intended workout.

Our group workouts are friendly and welcoming. There are many levels of athlete represented so everyone feels at home, in a non-intimidating atmosphere. We focus on making workouts fun.

We require that the participant have the basic ability to swim, and can swim a minimum of 300 yd/meters (this is not a learn-to-swim program) and safely ride a bike. Participants do not need to be advanced in these skills. We will help develop these skills over the 8 week program. Participants do not have to have open water swim experience.

We are happy to welcome all levels of youth athlete. We often have first-time triathletes train with us, so if the participant has never done a triathlon before, they’ll feel right at home. We also have experienced, competitive athletes train with us!
